Near the beginning of Lab 3a, you're supposed to create three email templates for sending email alerts about new investment leads that get assigned to you or Riley automatically by the Lead Assignment Rule you create after the templates. After you create that first template, you're supposed to clone it & make a few changes to make a 2nd one. Then you clone that one & make a few changes to make a 3rd. If you're here now to create the 2nd template, you may also decide to continue with making the 3rd one too (Steps 62-70) or going even farther, but for now, here's how to create the 2nd one:

1. Click the Setup gear (upper right) and select Setup

2. Do Steps 30-32

3. Click name of the template you already made called "alert Riley about a new Bay Area lead"

4. Do Steps 53-61 to clone it to make the 2nd template "alert Riley about a new distant lead"

5. Continue on to make the 3rd template (Steps 62-70) if you want even more points

6. Re-grade by using the App Launcher to open the Grader App and follow instructions to run the scoring routine again and then be sure to reload the page to see the updated error list & grade certificate
