I was unable to create a lead as nothing shows up on my Todays Lead tab.
I did follow all the steps but I am getting an email that the Lead was unable to be created.
Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
