Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, that error is actually about the Flow you created back in Steps 33-71. It's messed up so whenever you try to add a lead, it's causing an error. Maybe just best to do Step 33 and then delete the Flow you made and redo it, making sure you get it just right this time. Then you can submit the form for Miles and it should work.
