There is no character for my step 22 to click on to log out. Also, when it says to reset password for step 23; am I supposed to reset my password for my email or for my Salesforce?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi there,
So you should be resetting the password in Step 20, Step 23 is to create a new password. And that would be for Riley's Salesforce Account, not your own.
As far as the log out goes, when you log in, you should see the little character on the top right of your screen. See the screenshot below.
