I did the steps that came up when I saw the help faq for question 152. I did the steps and the last step said to hit delete. My delete button is grey and wont let me delete.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

It says no items to display, I don't see anything else to delete.
Well you have to do all the steps before the last one - where it tells you to delete all the "inteviews" - there's one for each failed attempt to add a lead. You can't delete the Flow until all it's failed interviews are deleted:
