Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

That is answered in the Help FAQ. You messed up some setting(s) in your Flow. It's probably easiest to delete it and start again but deleting it takes a few steps which are provided in the Help FAQ so check there under Lab 3b, Step 151.
