Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Great! I'm glad. Thanks for letting me know. Cheers!
Ok, can you try this, please -
Go back to your list of leads and click on a different one, like John Conner.
Then click on Kyle Reese again, go to Chatter again, and click Poll again so you have a fresh form for the poll.
Try typing in the question and the responses - don't copy/paste from the PDF.
Let me know, ok?
Ok, I am taking a look at your account now but you didn't answer my question - did you download and install a new browser today and try it with that brand new browser or did you just try browsers you already had installed before on your computer?
Let me know the answer to that and then do these 3 steps so I can access your account:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
You mean you already had them and you tried them or you downloaded them so they were brand new and then tried them and they didn't work?
Ok but it does sound like a browser issue. Can you try downloading/installing another browser like Chrome or Firefox and see if that helps?
Let me know, ok?
I think this must. be due to your browser's security settings. See the fix for your browser below:
In Safari, select Preferences, click the Privacy tab and for Website tracking, uncheck the box labeled Prevent cross-site tracking. If Block all cookies is checked, uncheck that too. (And always turn off ad/popup blockers while using Salesforce, too.)
In Chrome, select Preferences, scroll down to the Privacy & Security section, click on Cookies and other site data and then check Allow all cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito. (And always turn off ad/popup blockers while using Salesforce, too.)
In Firefox, select Preferences, Privacy & Security and select Standard. (And always turn off ad/popup blockers while using Salesforce, too.)
Let me know if that works or not, either way, ok?
