Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hello, I have read other peoples discussions about this topic and solutions and it still didn't work. It is not opening up like the rubric is showing me. I am using a mac and im on textEdit and have selected plain text and html multiple times but it keeps adding "txt" at the end every time i save it. I have unselected where it states to add "txt" when saving, still not working. Any help?
