Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

As for your URL, you weren't supposed to type the quotes around "&oid=". You were supposed to type what is INSIDE the quotes so that it looks like the picture in the instructions. The picture in the instructions is correct. Just make it exactly like the picture but with your ID number instead of the one in the picture.
I'm sorry I don't know how to make it any simpler than that.
So, all you need to do is read the instructions. It says "If you’re using Windows, skip on down to Step 121."

Well you can only have the problem if you type something incorrectly.
Post here exactly the entire line that you are using now so I can see it and find the mistake, ok?

So again, you have to have every single character typed correctly. This time, you are missing the quotes (") around POST and then you are missing the "&oid=" before your account ID number. Try adding those to what you have and let me know if you still have trouble.
