Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

post in the right category
INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE SCREENCAP IN YOUR POST TO SHOW THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!
explain the problem clearly

Ok, so I'm not sure what you mean "it's not coming up", It would help a ton if you posted a screencap like it says on the instructions above. It's definitely going to be there on the lefthand menu after you click the Setup gear and Setup, as one of the choices. Do you mean you click on it and nothing loads? If that's the case, then it's some browser issue. Make sure you're using the browser settings given at the top of the Lab 1a cover sheet or maybe just try another browser.

If it's there, and the box is unchecked because you skipped that step, you should only need to find it in the list, click on it to open it, and then check the box and save. But is it in the list? I don't see it there in the screencap you posted - maybe it was scrolled off to the top?

If you can find it in the list, try what I said above. If you still can't figure it out, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
