Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, so the link DID work. If you read carefully, it tells you that the link does not show something. It simply sends data to a server that makes it go into your account with the lead name that you set in the link. In the link you posted, you set the name to "Lihen" and when I log into your SF account and look at your leads, I see Lihen and a bunch of other leads that got created on 4/23, the day you posted this posting. There are 7 of them because you tried 7 times. They all worked. There are 5 with "Lihen" one with "Lien" and one with "Linda" because you tried that too. Probably you did not do Step 106 which would show those leads as "Today's Leads" that day. Now they are old so they won't show up under "Today's Leads"
But you can still see them:
Go to the Marketing app and click the Leads tab but then change the listview from "Recently Viewed" to the "All Open Leads". (You will see many other leads too but those are practice ones that are already in your SF account when your account is made.) You will see the 7 leads that you added with "Lihen", "Lien" and "Linda".
Did you include "https://" at the front? If you tried that and it is still not working then tell me the name on your account (I dont' see Alex Zheng in the system) and do these 3 steps:
Log in and click on your name (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
And let me know when you've done them and I'll get into your account and check, ok? But I need the name to look it up.
