Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, I'm afraid that appears to be true. I think you'll need to get a brand new account - the proper kind - so you can finish. You won't have to start all over again. You can start with Lab 3a. And it should be fairly quick for you since you've already done it. And you can skip the steps for adding Sarah Conner and John Conner. And you can skip Steps 141-151 where you compose & send the email. But you need to do the rest because it builds stuff you will use in 3b.
Sorry for the hassle. We try to keep this from happening by embedding warnings not to get the 30-day account in the instructions and on the cover page but sometimes it happens.
