Hello, for max lab 3b the email portion shown in the screenshot has not been working for me. I cannot receive the email after multiple attempts.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Are you sure you're checking that email address that is shown for Riley in her profile? If so, are you checking the Spam folder, etc. Were you getting the emails meant for Riley in Lab 3a with not problem?
