on part 15 of this lab it asks us to go to the polls, type in the questions, then to click "Ask". I am not able to click the ask button.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

so to log back as a Riley how? it says something about email but which one? little confusing on that part too.
I am little confused from step 22. It says logout, is it from the sales force or something else which may be i missed it.
I don’t recognize the app you’re in. I thought you were in a Mac. Doesn’t look like TextEdit. But maybe it will work. You’re supposed to save the file you created and then open it in your browser, like Chrome, to see it displayed as a form.
Hello, I also downloaded it as a plain text and it still doesn't show me the option to fill in the name. It shows this

Did you create the HTML file and get the form to appear in your browser? If so, did you fill it out with his name and click Submit and see the Thank-you page appear?

On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save Then I will need your name

Sounds like a browser issue. The cover page of 1a lists the necessary settings for each browser. Maybe try another browser or download a browser you don’t already have and try that. Let me know, ok?
