Hello Dr. Tim, while doing my 3b lab step 100 said to use my login email for the auto response then save. Yet when I try and hit save it says it's an invalid form email address. What can I do to fix this?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Thanks the screencaps are helpful. From what I can tell it looks like you're using the email address you had set for Riley's user profile rather than your own. That screencap you're showing me of your vinbraceyj email is the message sent by Salesforce to Riley when you had reset her pw. But you need to be using the one you have on your user profile.
It looks to me like it's "lilvinbracey@gmail.com." See how it shows that at the bottom of the email to Riley, saying to contact her Salesforce administrator at that email address if she wasn't the one requesting a pw reset?
If you go to Setup > Users > Users and look at your own profile, I'm pretty sure you'll see the lilivinbracey one there.
Also, be sure you are logged in as you at that point and not still as Riley.
