Hello, when I try to run my flow I keep getting the same message about how it has failed and I have tried to redo it multiple times and I am stuck. Thank you in advance for your help !

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Also I get an email saying no record could be created.
From the error message you're showing, it looks like you're trying to run the flow you built from within the flow builder tool. Is that right? It's telling you that you built a record-triggered flow, which is what you were supposed to do, but it can only be run by adding a lead record, not by clicking Run or whatever within the tool.
In the instructions, you build it and then it will be run later on when you are adding lead records.
