When I copy and paste the text {!$Record.Id}
and click off of it , I get “The "$Record" resource doesn't exist in this flow.”
I tried ro upload a screenshot but it wouldn’t let me publish.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

OK, then I don’t think you set lead as the type of record that triggers this flow, which is from a step earlier in the flow set up steps. So just cancel out of this flow set up and then restart the flow set up steps, making sure this time you get lead set as the type of record that’s triggering this flow. Then that resource should appear in the later step because it is a lead resource.
