When in the add element field, "create records" is not showing as an option.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, sorry I can't see enough to know where you went wrong but if you just cancel out and start over at 33 and follow the steps exactly, then 39 will work for you.
Oh, yeah, you're in some other area, not the one you're supposed to be in. Not sure how you got there. I could tell better if you captured the whole Salesforce window in your screencap. Not sure how you got there. I'll check myself now and let know know more soon.
