So steps 20-22 seem to be working but 23 isn't. When I do the new password to change it, it says "Your Password cannot equal or contain your user name." which I'm doing a new password separate from mine. The link to do a new password works just an issue with getting this password to work.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I know it's late there but you want to Zoom right now?
Also, to find your account I will need the name you used in your Salesforce account.
Just to be sure I understand the problem - when you use the link to reset the pw for Riley, you're just entering some string of characters for the new pw and where you confirm the pw and you've tried just using something like "mypw2022" for both and no matter what pw you try, it always gives this error about your pw cannot contain your username, etc.?
Ok, well the 2nd thing, the 3 steps, wasn't to fix anything. It was just to give me access so I can check out your account and see if I can find anything I can fix. I'll try that now and let you know.
In case we're going to Zoom, can you let me know where you are, ie which time zone you're in, so we can sync up. I'm in CA so Pacific Daylight Savings time, PDT.
I've done both methods and neither fixed anything. I have class tomorrow from 9:25 am to 1:30 pm CST but I'm down to do a zoom call.
i tried it in firefox and same results. idk if its my email or browser.
Hmm...that sounds like it could be a browser setting issue. I would maybe try downloading Firefox or some browser you don't have and try the step in that, where you haven't set any settings yet. Give that a try and let me know, ok?
