Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hello,
In step 20, it states to "check the checkbox on the left & click reset password." On my page, there are no checkboxes on the left-hand side, only the right-hand side. And even then, you cannot check/uncheck the boxes, therefore there is also nothing that pops up allowing me to reset the password/receive an email.
Are you sure you're logged in as you and not as Riley?
