I can't login as Riley. In the email sent to verify Riley's account, I accidentally clicked the link to reset the password Riley's prior to step 18 but rather than continue resetting the password, I closed the window without finishing. I tried clicking "Forgot Your Password?" and resetting the password that way. The link in the email sent for that sent me to a page stating that I can't finish resetting the password and need to contact my Salesforce administrator.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I tried resetting the pw for Riley. You should have gotten an email to that address you had for her. Can you check that and then let me know at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com? Easier for us to email at this point. Thxx

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
