Hello,
I am having an issue with step 15 of lab 3b.The ask button is not blue so it will not let move on to the next step. What to do to make the ask button turn blue and clickable to be able to move on to the next step?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Try clicking off the slot where you typed stuff in.
If that doesn't help, make sure you set your browser settings as shown on the top of the Lab 1a cover sheet.
If that doesn't help, try another browser.
