Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

When you pieced together that long URL in your browser to add the record with the First Name = "jeadi" you probably left off the underscore near the end and used a space instead. No spaces are allowed. When it sees a space, it just ignores the last part where there was a space messing things up. So it put in a record with no first name at all.
Just delete that one and redo the long URL again but be sure to put in the underscore like it shows in the instructions.
