I have completed all the steps for this lab, however, it will not allow me to generate a certificate. This is the message that I am getting.
Do you know how to fix this?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I think that's a mistake in the line of code you are executing to run the scoring routine. Try clicking the Copy button and pasting it into the box, making sure it's empty first and then try executing.
