For steps 20~23. I’m following the steps according to the lab’s instructions but it was not going as the instructions. It told me to reset the password but it didn’t work. It turns into a loop.
Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Did you get the reset email by doing the steps in the instructions where you go to Riley’s user info and click Reset? Because for some reason, it is thinking you forgot it which shouldn’t happen.
Are you using a uark.edu address for Riley? Uark applies a special filter that won’t allow the Salesforce email links to work. Set Riley’s email address to some other email address on a different domain like gmail.com and try again. Let me know, ok?
