My lab says that I misspelt my poll questions however, I am unable to edit my questions and one question seems spelt correctly. I met with a TA via zoom who also couldnt quite figure out how to resolve this

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Sure, np! Glad it worked.
Ok, I deleted the old poll and re-created it and that helped. It's better now. It's up to 6/10 and all you need to do is log in as Riley and vote and add that comment about "bag him" and then re-grade and that should work.

Oh wait, maybe you did those steps to give me access before already? If so, you probably don't need to do them again if it was less than 1 month ago. Let me check now.
Yeah, it looks like you only left off the exclamation point after "wealthy." It does seem like a lot to take off but this version of the grader is not smart enough to see that the difference is small. (We're working on that - the next version will be smarter!)
So it sounds like you're not able to edit that and re-grade? Why don't you do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll see if I can figure something out, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
