After completing up to step 63 of lab 3b, I faced difficulty to get exactly same result as described in the lab exercise manual. What I get, even after several trial looks like the following: I would appreciate your timely support to this matter.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

As per the lab at this stage my result (i.e. the previous post) should look exactly like the following: The Field and the Value are different.
Yes, it looks correct to me too. But you didn't say what is wrong. What is not working correctly? If you can describe the actual problem that is happening, then I could probably help you, ok?
Also, please do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
1. Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
