Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I try to Tab (click tab) when I insert record. id in the value place and when I tab it doesn't work, I've tried it multiple times and started the process from the beginning but it doesn't turn into Aa ( what it looks like on the instructions. Thank you so much
That sounds like a browser issue. Can you try a different one - maybe download Firefox or someting and try that? Let. me know, ok?
