Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I'm using Chrome on Windows. It worked perfectly for all my other labs. I just closed everything down and launching again to see if that helps.
BTW, which browser are you working in? Maybe try another and let us know if that helps? Like maybe get Firefox and try that?
Also, are you on a Mac or Windows?

The Grant account Login access page is also blank.
Oops here are the steps:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
No problem. What steps? I believe I gave you access in the past not sure if you still have it?
Oh, sorry! That's a bug, for sure. Can you please do these 3 steps so we can access your account and see what's happening?
