@Dr. Tim, Max Labs Director Yes, the account number and the first two letters of first name and last three letters of last name. Did all that already, per the instructions.

@thomas.watson Well, if the lead doesn't show up after you do that, then there was something wrong with that long string you put in. If it's wrong, it doesn't give you and error message it just doesn't work and there's no lead with that name.

The long string, that URL, has to have every single character exactly right, including caps, etc or it won't work. Again, if you can't get it to work, paste it in here so I can see it and find the mistake(s) for you.

I'm leaving in a few minutes but if you post it soon I can look at it tonight for you.

I thought it did work right..? The form opened and I put the required text in it and submitted..
