Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi Tim , after clicking "Active", then the screen below this info.
Ok, so even when you delete the rule it's still not totally gone and there is a copy still in the system so just name the new one "email to ask about calling2" so that it is slightly different and just be sure to reference that new one when you are working later on, ok?
