Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Hey! SF is telling me in the first step that I should see a name "Kyle Reese" in my 'Leads' tab, which is not there and I even did the additional step if his name did not show up and it still does not show the name "Kyle Reese". I unfortunately cannot move on unless this is resolved. Please help ASAP.
Bella, did you do Lab 3a? That's where you would have added Kyle Reese as a lead, along with John and Sarah Conner (Steps 100-128). The cover sheet for 3b says you need to have done Steps 1-124 of Lab 3a before starting Lab 3b.

Back in SF, you should see the view list of the three leads you created (if not, then click on
your Leads tab and use the View pulldown to select Today’s Leads and click Go!)
Do you see Kyle Reese in any of your three lead data?
