Awesome! Ok, so which names are you wanting to get on the Leads tab? When you go to the Leads tab, you can choose from different list views, like All Open Leads which includes a bunch of fake ones that come in every SF account plus the ones you would have added in 3a, etc.

Or you can choose Today's Leads but that would only show ones you added today. If you did 3a yesterday, those three (Sarah, Kyle and John) would not be there, right?

If you want to add the one for Checkpoint 2 using the API, you can start again at Step 103 and go thru Step 121 and you should see it in Today's Leads but you have to get every single character of that long URL string right or it won't work. If anything is wrong it won't show an error - it just won't work. Make sure you get it right.

To add Mile Dyson, just use that same form I think you already made, right(?), by copying the HTML and pasting it into a .html file you open in your browser. Just do Steps 144-151 again.

OK I did that. I also noticed that the names do not show up on my leads page (step 154). I'm not sure if this is a different problem or if it is related to this. Thank you for your help!

Yeah, definitely related. If the Flow isn't working, it blocks any attempt to add a lead.

Ok, so I found the error in your Flow. Where you were supposed to set WhoID to a value, you had WhatID there instead. I fixed that for you so now you can add leads successfully and the task will get added to them automatically so the Flow is successful.

The only problem is you skipped Steps 50-52 where you were supposed to tell the Flow what to use for the subject line of the tasks it adds to leads. So whenever you add a lead now, the task does get added to the lead but the subject is blank.

If you want to fix this, go to Setup > Process Automation > Flows and click on Automatically add an email task to every new lead to open it up.

Then click on the pink plus sign (+) symbol labelled Create a task on the new lead to open that up and click on the blue Edit Element bar

Do Steps 50-52 and then click the blue Done button.

Click Save As on the upper right.

In the popup, click the blue Save button.

Click the Activate button (upper right).

That's it. Good to go!
