Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Is it possible for you to delete all my lab so I can start all over?
Can I just start all over?
At this point I don't know what to do.
I dont' know how you got to that screen. You want to Zoom right now and share your screen so I can see what you're doing?
I trying starting all over because I don't want to lose any points, but it says email template already created. Then I try to edit and clone the one's that already and it won't let me.

Sounds like a browser issue. Browser settings are listed on the cover sheet of Lab 1a at the top. Be sure you have those set correctly. If it still doens't work, post a screencap showing what your error message(s) is/are so I can see what's happening, ok?
