Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Just paste it in and then click + Add Field again. Don't click Enter or anything else - just paste and then click + Add Field.
You must be doing something strange the same way - are copying/pasting it? If so try typing it. If you're typing it, try copy/pasting.
Delete that row with the trash can and try again. Let me kmow.
Yes, he's already there so you can't add him again unless you delete him first.
Yes, it looks like you are doing it right but sometimes the Salesforce interface seems to get confused and not recognize what you paste in. In this case you can just click the trash can icon on the far right to delete that row and try again.
Or you sometimes have to clear out both the Field slot on the left and the Value slot on the right and then try again.
Worst case, you can click Cancel and start that form over from Step 139 again.
