Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

for 3b step 87, I cannot find the option "auto-response template for incoming web leads for me". I'm pretty sure I follow previous steps carefully, and I even go back to check classic email template. However, I didn't see the option as well. Not too sure what happened..

Sure, np. But I checked and there is no template with that name or anything close to that name so if you did the steps to create that template, you must have forgotten to click Save. But it's ok, you can just create it now - just do Steps 58-88, being sure to click Save in Step 88. Then you can just go back and edit the Auto-Response rule you were working on and the template will be there and you can finish & save that and go on.

Then maybe you forgot to click Save at the end (Step 88)? Or you forgot to do Step 73 where you make the template Active so it can be used.

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

So you clicked on the little magnifying glass next to that slot there and you saw lots of email templates listed but just didn't see the one with the name "auto-response template for incoming web leads for me"?
