Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

When you created Riley as a user, you set her email address. Log back in and check that by going to Setup > Users > Users and clicking on Riley. Whatever address you gave her is where the emails are going. If you need to change it, click Edit and set it to whatever and then Save and that will trigger a verification email to her. Verify by opening that message and clicking the link and you’re good to go.
