After step 31 when logging out of "Riley" and into my own account I could no longer find the grader app so I reinstalled it. However, it asked me to fill in my full name as well as student number again. Should i go forward with it?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

No, I think I know what's happened. I suspect, when you were first getting your SF account and you were filling in the form, you clicked the Submit button more than once and now you have multiple accounts with the same username. Your grader and your Lab 3a work which you need for 3b is in one account and when you logged back in just now, you got logged into the other account with no grader and no 3a work. We need to get you back into the original account.
Got in your email and search for the Welcome email(s) from SF. I suspect you'll have more than one. Each one will show the same username but each will also have a different unique custom domain/login URL/link for logging into that one account. Click on those, one by one, to log into each account and find the one that has your 3a work and your grader and then always use that link to log into that account from now on.
