Also when do i hit finished on the html box? because the steps never say when.

Ok, so you've pasted in your student ID into the URL, not the Org ID that identifies your SF account so it can't find your account to put the record into.

Do these steps to get your Org ID

1. Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.

2. On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.

3. In the middle panel, look down in the left column for Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy that long string of numbers & letters

Then edit the URL and replace your student ID with that Org ID and try again.

Yeah, computers are picky. You have to get every single step just right to make it work out. For Checkpoint 2, every single character must be exactly right or it won't work. If not, it won't show an error message it just won't work. If you are not getting it to work, post the URL that you made here so I can see what characters are wrong and tell you how to fix them, ok?

Ok, so looking in your account, I see two errors listed in the grader - one says there's no lead that got added by using the API like the one shown in Checkpoint 2. And I think the grader is right - I don't see one like that in your leads. So you would need to do those steps and get them to work so you can see the lead record under Today's Leads.

Then the other error showing says there is no Miles Dyson lead which is supposed to be added by using the HTML form you make and load into your browser. I think that error message is correct too. There's no Miles Dyson lead, created by an HTML form, in your leads either.

So you need to do the steps to get both of those leads to appear and then re-run the scoring routine and refresh the page to see the errors go away and the points increase to 100, right?
