Hi, I am having trouble not receiving the 3 emails or the one sent to Riley. I was using a school account and had to update to a personal gmail. I am not getting the email to verify the new address but it allowed the changes. I am still not receiving the emails with my personal Gmail. Not sure where to go from here?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

So it sounds like you changed your email address within Salesforce but it didn't send a verification link to the new email address? The change of email address won't take effect in Salesforce until that new address is verified by you clicking the link it sends out when you save the change of address.
Maybe try it again and see if the verification email isn't going into spam/junk, etc. It should be going to that new address and then you need to click the link inside to make the change take effect.

Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
