It keeps telling me that I didn't complete steps 62-70 correctly although I did in fact create a template named "alert myself about a new lead". It doesn't make sense because when I retried those steps it gave me errors saying it was already there. Plus, I couldn't have done the rest of the assignment if I hadn't created that new template, I would have been unable to do later steps. It pretty much just voided steps 71-101 because of this issue. Also, checkpoints 2-3 were voided because I assume the system is counting my steps 62-70 missing/incorrect. Also, even though I did mark the task complete for the email, it still reads that it is not marked (checkpoint 4). Not sure what the problem is, I haven't had any issues like this on any other maxlabs. Would really appreciate any help!
Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the left column for Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
