Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I have repeated steps 62-70 but it keeps telling me "can't find a Classic Email Template named "alert myself about a new lead"". How do I fix this?
Now when I go back and repeat the steps it tells me "This Template Unique Name already exists or has been previously used. Please choose a different name"
I actually just figured everything out so I don't need help anymore thanks though
Hi when I try to do a email template edit I don't get the same screen as the steps show in the lab. I thought I fixed the problem and moved on and then when I got to checkpoints 1,2,3 only checkpoint 1 gets graded but not to the full points and checkpoints 2 and 3 don't get graded. I think its because in my email the investment amount takes place of the persons name

Thanks! So the alert myself about a new distant lead email template needs to actually be alert myself about a new lead.
My guess is when you were redoing steps 62-70 in your original post/screenshot, you wrote alert myself about a new distant lead instead of alert myself about a new lead
--- To properly modify it, follow these steps:
1. open your alert myself about a new distant lead email template by clicking on its name so you reach this page that you screenshotted just recently. Click on the Edit button.
2. On the next page, make sure of these two things (you can copy and paste if you want): - Email Template Name must be: alert myself about a new lead - Template Unique Name must be: alert_myself_about_a_new_lead
3. Click the Save button. Then rerun the scoring routine and let me know if the error message is fixed.
I only see one screenshot of your alert Riley about a new distant lead email template, which looks correct. Do you have any other email templates?

To see the Classic Email Templates you created, repeat steps 30-32 in the lab 3a instructions. After that, send me a screenshot similar to this one that captures all the templates you've made:
After that, open each one by clicking on their Email Template Name. Then note down what each Email Template Name and Template Unique Name is and send them to me. You can find these at the top of each template's page like in this screenshot:
