I have tried fixing the errors on Lab 3A, and I don't know why I have so many and I don't know what to do. I have never had so many errors in a Lab. Please let me know the root cause of it. I tried to do step 1-5 as stated on this but it won't let me clone because it says the one I trying to change already exists.

Yeah, computers can be super-picky so when you make some mistakes, they can compound each other. I can probably clean it up for you if you do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
• 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
