i must have forgotten to these steps when i went back on the website. Im already on step 129 and all of my emails say there r for Riley and New Bay area. how can i fix this by completing steps 54-60 and more steps ??

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well it could be that you did the steps and created that other template, but your rules are a little off so when you enter the lead(s) that should be for you instead of Riley, etc. the correct templates aren't being used.
Hard to tell without seeing them. Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
