Kyle reese is not popping up as my assistant. and when i look under leads he is not there

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Click on My Leads in the upper left. That will drop a menu. Choose All Open Leads.
I didn’t delete him, he’s just not there. how do i add him without messing it up
Well did you add him as a lead in the previous steps? If so, then he would be there unless you deleted him. You may need to change the list view when you go to the Leads tab to All Open Leads instead of whatever is showing. (Since you didn’t include a screencap, it’s hard for me to tell.
