Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I'm having trouble with trying to get the other two emails containig Sarah and John I was only able to get Kyle's. I use my personal gmail and I have checked the spam folder multiple times. I also did some ealier steps multiple times but it still is not working. What do I need to fix.
Thanks I meant Kyle I forgot his name. I figured out what to do messed up the email part as you mentioned. Thank you so much for the help!
My username is connected to my personal email and I was able to get Ryan's message but not the other 2. I check my spam mulitple times and reloaded the tab as well. I also you granted access to my account
That is covered well in the Help FAQ for Lab 3a. (That link apppears on the cover page.)
But it sounds like you messed up setting Riley's email address when you added her as a user. It's supposed to be the same as your email or an address you can actually check. It's the USERNAME where you add the "2" in before the @ sign. The email for Riley is where you need to check for the messages to appear.
