I have previously had to purchase the maxlabs package twice due to it saying that I made a 0% since it said I "did not have the pitch package". I made 100% after that issue and back tracking to fix it on 2b if i recall correctly. I followed the steps to 3a to a T and I have no doubt about that. Attached will be the emails I sent to myself through the last steps of the lab as proof of me actually doing the work (or at least enough to make more than 0%). So it says I have to rebuy the pitch package but I will not buy it a third time. I would appreciate some guidance here as this error is really confusing to me. I will attach proof for everything. Thank you.
Yes, I do show you having a paid installation of Max's Pitch Package under your name but that is in a different Salesforce account. So it seems you did the previous labs in one account and now you have done 3a in another one. That's why the grader in your new account isn't seeing Max's Pitch Package.
I think the easiest thing to do is just install it in your current account. It will only take a minute and I can give you a promo code so you don't have to pay again. Just email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and I'll reply with the code, ok? Then just do those steps from Lab 1b, like 5-12 or whatever, just to get the package installed. Then your 3a will get graded properly.
