Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah that issue is covered thoroughly in the Help FAQ. That link is on the cover page under Get Help. You should always check there first to get the fastest answer. 99% of all problems you could run into are already solved there and avaialable 24/7.
After you check that, if you still have trouble, then post back. But it sounds like you messed up Riley's email address and set it to something that is not a real email address you can check for the emails going to her so you would need to edit that and fix it and then re-add those leads. It's ll in the FAQ.
