Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Oh good! I'm glad it worked out. Just curious though - how was it that you happened to skip those steps? I wonder if there something I should change about the way they're written, etc?
Thank you Dr.Tim, I did Steps 1-14 and was able to search up "Riley". Very much appreciate the help!
Are you sure you created Riley as a user back in Steps 1-14? If so, did you spell her name correctly?
Do Steps 1-4 and look to see if Riley is listed as a user (if not, add her using Steps 5-14). If she is there, is her name is spelled right? (If not, edit & fix). Then try 83 again and it should work.
If not, do these 3 steps and I'll take a look at your account and see where the mistake was made:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
