I see the email cannot send due to some issue maybe I use the former assitant. But I am not sure how to tackle it.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

You didn't give a valid email address for Kyle. See in your screencap - the lead record for him shows nothing for Email. You were supposed to fill that in with an email address you can access and check to see what gets sent to "him".
